Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Essentia. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within up to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Transit time begins once the package has been handed to the carrier and marked as shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are carrier-provided estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may be impacted by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, peak shipping periods, or service disruptions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after a shipping label is created.

4. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may require the customer to cover the reshipping cost. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

5. Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your tracking information indicates “Delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking around the delivery location, including mailrooms or parcel lockers

  • Confirming with household members, neighbors, or building management

  • Contacting the carrier directly for additional delivery details

If the package still cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist with next steps where possible. Essentia is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

6. Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned to us due to being refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable, we may offer reshipment or a refund at our discretion. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable, and reshipping fees may apply.
