When entering personalized text, check spelling, capitalization and the details shown in the builder. Do not assume that a custom request outside the displayed options is included. Contact Essentia before ordering if you need something different.
Consider a curated set
A curated set can make the selection process easier when its included fragrances suit the recipient. Read each scent and size rather than choose only from the set's name.

Allow for processing and delivery separately
The shipping policy allows up to three business days for processing. Carrier transit begins after dispatch. If you have a firm event date, contact Essentia about the selected gift and destination before ordering; a general shipping estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
